No option of e/w when I take the sp horse racing

Hi maybe someone can help me out ,last few weeks I can no longer place any horse  bets e/w when I take the sp only win which is annoying as i alway did e/w heinz bets on the USA racing taking sp as there was never a price up but now I can't ,have to wait till a price appears and its usually only available for the next few races strange thing is when I'm logged out the e/w option is there but moment i log in it disappears,emailed unibet few times they say its fine and to clear cache and cookies which i did but still no joy

I can't see anything on our end that could cause this. Could you take screenshots of the issue and PM me or upload them here and I'll check with the guys? 

Have you tried using another browser and/or device and the problem continues?
