Krais Posted February 26, 2020 Share Posted February 26, 2020 Hello. I have been using my girlfriends and my friend's credit card to deposit for some time now.. (since i have lost my own) i have deposited and withdrawed many times, but suddenly it wants me to verify both of them. I asked the support why, and now i know that it is not allowed to use other's credit card even though i got permission from both of them. i have now sent the documents to verification but i do still have money stuck on the account in the meanwhile. RayL Posted February 26, 2020 Share Posted February 26, 2020 Hi @Krais, welcome to the Community. :) I see that my colleagues informed you about why this is not allowed, so I'll skip that part but I'm happy that it's clarified. Regarding the cards sent, they would need to be signed in order for them to pass verification so I would advise you to instruct the 3rd parties involved to sign the backside of the card on the white strip next to the CVV code. Once those are uploaded they will be queued into the relevant security line and our colleagues will analyze them in the shortest time possible. There's no way in confirming any timeframe at this moment as the new pictures of the cards are yet to be received and the times also vary depending on the workload of the guys in security. It's worth mentioning that for obvious reasons this in not the average verification so the 1 to 3 working days verification times do not apply, but sa soon as you've sent them please give me a tag here in this thread and I can look into speeding this process up for you a bit if possible. It says that documents is waiting to get confirmed, so i guess i can’t upload the photos from the website, as the option Got removed after i uploaded the past 4 photos. I had a look and they are indeed signed and covered as explained in the thread attached above so that's a good start. Unfortunately, it is not in my position to approve or decline them, but what I did is raise the priority of the verification a bit to speed things up for you. For the next stage of the verification, they would require the bank statement of the card ending in 4132. Basically a bank statement which shows the account holder's name and transactions made with the card mentioned. It would be important that the document is issued within the last 3 months. In order to finalize this we need to issue a refund to the 3rd party account, the account which Bank Statement you've sent. The screenshots sent do not seem to contain the account holder's name or the IBAN number of the account. I now managed to create a PDF with the new documents including name and IBAN :) Can you check if the documents is good enough quality? It was pretty hard to make it work, since i had some trouble with creating it into one single file. :-)and a question i have is, what is meant by issuing a refund to the third party? I've contacted my colleagues in security, but I'll only be able to provide you with a concrete resolution tomorrow of that's ok.And a quick question as well, do you happen to have the bank statement that you sent in paper at home? When i upload the PDF it only lets me send that one file :-) And what about date and time on the photo? Everything that you've sent till now are screenshots of a monitor and then put in a PDF. This is not necessary, it's only extra work for you guys. What can be accepted is an actual PDF bank statement which shows transactions with the card mentioned above, the IBAN and the name of the account holder on the same page (no need to send 5 pages of transactions, one will suffice as long as it contains all the info requested) or if you guys are having trouble downloading the statement from your internet bank, you can walk into the bank's office and request one that contains this info. Just make sure that the issued paper is stamped and signed by the bank teller. Then you can take picture of the document with your phone and send it to me. The address is contact@unibetcommunity.com. I talked with support on phone the first Day, and i understood it like i had to upload atleast three months bank statement. My bad. - I have sent the PDF to the mail you mentioned.. and this time just the one page. This means i dont have to reupload the document on the account? The mail is enough? It has to show: Name of the account holder and IBAN.This is just for the payout from our side. I can't check the mail yet so I can't say if it's ok or not, but if it fills the criteria above then all should be good.
