Abyss Posted February 19, 2020 Share Posted February 19, 2020 Since this evening, when I try to login into the poker client, it gives a message saying ''player disabled'' (screen attached) I contacted the live chat and they said it's because I didn't accept a ''poker license'' that should be in the options in my account, but there's not. I followed the live chat suggestion and examined every single option of my account page for the last hour, but there's nothing like that that I can accept, not even in the ''responsible game'' section, where it's supposed to be. Please notice that I already tried deleting my cookies and the cache, and I tried from the mobile app also, same result.What can I do? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
