Verification one and half months!? And still counts

I get recommendation from my friend about that site for betting, i make couple of good bets and you restriced me. NOw i cant bet so its obviously that i wanna withdraw money from account but of course no way .. we have verifcation your account first you ask me about verify my payment method and i takes 2 weeks and after succesfull you ask about my address confirmation ( i dont know why you dont ask me about both at the same time, probably you play time) of course i send statment from bank in pdf form i wait one or two weeks and you said i have to be verify "special" that you need photo of letter from bank etc. And i ask bank about statemant to send me it by post, of course i have to pay them for it and of course i make photo i send it on mail and there is still problems !! I get mad about it and i dont know what else i should do, make photo next to my home with address with my face in passport in mouth ?

First of all, apologies for the prolonged verification and the inconvenience it has caused. Account verifications sometimes takes longer than the advised few days, especially in cases where T&Cs have been breached.
