Solution An1an1 Posted February 14, 2020 Author Solution Share Posted February 14, 2020 If "in order now " means that my first document (scan bank card) was not approved after 4 days (!) expectations and added new necessary documents (which for some reason were suddenly needed, and not at the first request cash out) ...It's not funny. I wait 4 days and after 4 days support say me "Dude, need more docs. Your old scan? Sorry we didn't check it. But here you have a couple of new "To be patient is not to wait foreverI upload everything now and ofc now I will wait another week to hear "This document we do not accept. Download another. I've had a look at the documents and the Credit Card that was previously sent was accepted from our end, I've adjusted it so it shows as approved from your end as well now. The rest of the uploaded documents that were received yesterday are still under verification, it usually takes from 1 to 3 busyness days according to our official processes, however this is generalized time and every verification is different in this regard.
