Account Blocked/Frozen

Hello i am already open the Unibet App and it say a message "a problem appeared try again later"  and an hour ago i received an email telling me that my account was frozen and i look my verification and the app tell me that the verification are in order please can you help me

I see my colleagues already provided you with an explanation via e-mail and also made a document request. By providing those documents we will be able to move your case closer to a resolution. Please let us know if you would need clarifications over what exactly is needed.
