Stubbe-Unibet Posted January 30, 2020 Share Posted January 30, 2020 Thanks for the detailed report!I had a look at your log file, the server logs and a couple other log files from other customers from the same time. There was an increase in the server response for 30 or so seconds around the time that you had the first issue. In general, it didn't result in any disconnects, but your general high ping combined with the issue unfortunately caused the client to lose connection completely. Checked a few tournaments now, and as far as I can see, you only sat out 1-2 hands without any major loss (if there's a specific tournament you'd like me to check, just let me know).I've added 500 BP to your account. If it's possible, I'd advice you to connect with cable, as that'd most likely have mitigated the issue quite a bit in this case, and you might not have been disconnected at all. 1 Check the latest poker release notes. MadAdo Posted March 2, 2020 Share Posted March 2, 2020 @Stubbe-Unibet disconnected (not idea WHY!!!) during Friday's UO satellite (playing via Chrome browser lastest & greatest via smartphone):Getting 'back in the business' after 4-5 hands later -> it was quite hard to login back again 😠 ... It's at own risk playing on the mobile web client at this stage, unless it's the HexaPro one.
