Hi I just want to carify on a Canadian bank wire you don't charge any fees as each f my 3 deposits were 15 dollars short and the. I understand the bank charges me a 17 dollar fee.  So I am thinking your bank is also charging me 15 off the top.

Hey @Kevin3 and welcome to the Community!

We do not charge a fee on your withdrawal. What I'm guessing here is that your bank charges for the transaction and for EUR -> CAD conversion but I can not be sure. I can check with our payments department to be sure, could you in the meanwhile send me a PM with the exact amounts you've received so I can check how much is gone there?

Hey @Kevin3 and apologies for the late reply.

Unfortunately from this statement it's not clear at all if this fee is related to us or not. Could you get a proper statement in PDF from online banking and upload that to your account? I'm opening the upload possibility to your account with reference 0000. Once this is uploaded I'll check it again with our payments department. Hopefully we can clear this up ASAP. :)

Hey @Kevin3, is there any way in your online banking to see further details of those fees? As right now in the picture it just says "funds transfer fee" and I have absolutely no way of linking those with the withdrawals received from us. Can you see if there's a reference number or any other additional details included in these transactions?

Once again, I thank you for your patience and apologise for the delay and inconvenience of settling this.
