Hi @Kevin3, welcome to the Community and to Unibet alike first of all :)

Unfortunately lately due to changing regulations, we were required to request a higher amount of documents as usual, thus a backlog piled up in terms of unverified documents. Apologies for that, the documents are now verified and your account restored to its full glory :).
