Promotions not available

After a good weekend and finally managing to qualify for a free bet from Streakr, I logged in yesterday to find that I get a message saying I am ineligible to participate in promotions. I've not received any communication saying why this should be. What is going on?

Sorry, my first message wasn't as clear as it could have been!

 

Yes, I used the free bet, but when I went to try and extend my winning streak, I got a message (and am still getting it) saying I'm ineligible to participate in promotions. I get this message every time I click on "Special Offers" from the Sports home page.

Hi @downsmanone, welcome to the Community and sorry to just barge into the conversation like so :)
There's no nice way to put this, eligibility for bonuses are reviewed constantly by our trading team and I'm afraid that the decision to stop offers was taken while you were in the midst of getting your hands on a Free Bet. Now that I can fix, and I've added you the Free Bet now, however, I'm afraid that in the future this won't be possible. Below are the terms of use involved:

15.3 Unibet reserves the right to make changes to the betting limits, payout limits and offerings. Any change shall not relieve Unibet of its obligation to honor any outstanding obligations or wagers at the time of such change.

So basically, because I had a good run on the horses at the start of the year, Unibet decided they don't want my business any more.

Not impressed.

OK, I was using the boosted odds quite a lot, but I don't do that many bets in a week, so they were generally available. Who wouldn't use them?

I'll need to find another favourite bookie, I guess.

It would be nice to be informed of these arbitrary decisions, rather than just find out. I'm back here today because the boosted bets aren't available to me now. Again, zero communication. Poor.

Hey @downsmanone, regarding the eligibility there is nothing I can add to what @RayL said before. But there should've been communication about this sent on 14th of february via the site. Should be found in the "Messages" inbox on your account. Can you confirm that no communication was sent and I can check what happened?
