EdaK Posted January 10, 2020 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Hi, i dont know what to do. Let me explain the situation from the beginning. My husband Made a Unibet account. He did not have money in that time in bank so i thought why not, i send youre Unibet account 15 euros. AS time went by he played christmas tournaments and bingo. He raised money from 15 to 2000..so we were happy that we won because these winnings came exactly the right time and we have Never won anywhere this huge money. Now the sad part, we didnt know that deposit of that kind isnt allowed so when time was right we started thinking of a withdraw. He sent all kinds of documents needed, because he dont understand english very well it took time. Contacted support to ask how things Are going and so on.even Sugested more documents we can send, Even delicate ones. Finally the account was closed and they said its not going to be opened anymore. dont yet know If we get the money or not, i surely hope so , we hope so. We dont know what to do next, how can we help ourselves. We strongly agree that this kind of deposit was foolish and wrong by us. But whats next, what can we do, i cant Even sleep normally because this amount of money is our familys 2-3 months salary, dont beat us up for this mistake, but we would like to help in any way we can to receive that money, or do something that helps things get right again. But from what I can see there is still a document request pending and without that document the balace can not be returned. Please advise your husband to check his email for what is needed, he shoul have instructions there.Please don't lose any sleep over this, as soon as the necessary verification documents have been received and approved the money will be sent back to that bank account.
