Not able to play bingo

Hello, 

On the sportspage everything works properly. But when i go to the bingo page i can see the games, but cannot click any game to begin. It seems to reload some of the games also, and my cash isnt visible either up in the right corner. Just wanted to let you know this.

Same here. I have contacted the customer service and they say the issue is on my side...

Thank you very much for the feedback! 

Our provider had scheduled Bingo release this morning and afterwards, some technical irregularities were noticed - not able to join any bingo room, not able to pre-purchase tickets for upcoming bingo games, balance shows as '0' inside Bingo client (real balance should not be affected, it's just a display error). Our provider was notified immediately about the irregularities and investigation is ongoing as we speak. 

I can assure you that this will be fixed very soon and the bingo games will continue!

Actually I have some good news! The Root cause has been found and solved for good! I have tested out and our beloved Bingo seems to be back without any issues! :atisfied:
