Bonus sign ups

Just signed up. Bonus offer states net 10 and recieve 40 in free bets. Reading T&C's it states in you win your first bet that is the bonus done. Its all very misleading. Can you confirm which is correct as I've only signed up on the back of receiving free bets

I can't blame you for being confused, it's not the easiest promotion I've ever seen either but here's what you would need to do in order to receive the free bets is place a single bet of evens or over and then when the bet settles then the free bets located in the pending bets will go over to the active bets ready to use and if you are doing the £10 bet as a multiple, for the bet to qualify each leg of the bet has to be evens or over.

Hi. I deposited and placed a bet. When will I receive my free bets?

Why does your sign up page state the minium odds are 1.45 but on my account it states to qualify for the free bet it has to be minimum odds of 2.00. I picked 1.75 so well over the 1.45 advertised.

Your sign up offers are not clear at all. Totally missleading, I would appreciate it you can credit me with my free bets.

Hi @SITOWARD85, the offer that you opted in for is not the one mentioned in your post. The Welcome offer with the Free Bets persent on your account does require you to place the initial bet at 2.0 as per the terms found onsite and in your account.
