No witdrawal option! Need help..

Hello Ray!

Can you help me out with this matter:

I made a deposit via Skrill. As I have done many times before, Skrill and Neteller. Wagered it, and won. Even won a second bet, and now I need to withdraw my winnings.

All well so far, the amount is ready for withdrawel, it is no bonus money. I click the button for withdrawal, and up comes this message (but in Norwegian): 

"No transactions available."

Wow, say what!? I do it again and again, this got to be a mistake, but same result. I get in touch with Ludwik (?) on the live chat. I delete cookies, which he tells me to do, and so on, trying 4 more browsers, every one I could find. Some of them even never used before. Nope. No good. Same result. Been trying for 12 hours after this as we speak, so this is not going to change.

So cookies are not the problem. Browser is not the problem. He confirmed the money was ready for withdrawal. He also took a peak and confirmed I have no verifications needing to be done. All documents are good. I have been a customer at Unibet for maybe 15 years or more. Never experienced this. Every deposit and withdrawel has been smooth as a baby`s butt.

So, what is wrong now and how can I get my money out this weekend? I kinda need it badly.. Ludwik told me that they could do it manually via phone. The problem is that I dont have a working phone right now, I lost it on the ground a few days ago, and it is just barely alive. That is kind of what I need the money for.. We tried it yesterday, but it was just not connecting. And I live alone, have no other options.

I know, you might think that I may not be the owner of the account (since they cannot call me either), but I assure you, I am. I have never had two accounts anywhere. Been doing everything by the book, always. I have been betting online for 25 years (started with Centrebet..) I am 56 years old, and have no family members with betting account anywhere.

So this predicament does not have a solution, as I see it. You guys need me to call, or you to call me. That is obviously not happening. Is it any way we could fix this?

However, I have Whatsapp, and that is working on my computer. If you could use Whatsapp, we could have a videocall or a call from there. Same number as registered at Unibet. No problem. But somehow I dont see Unibet using Whatsapp.. Doubt that is on the table.

So, what may be done for me? Please give me an answer during the day, I need this badly, as I have already pointed out.

Regarding Whatsapp:

Coming to think about it, I am not sure Whatsapp let you call via a computer, as Skype does. I cant find a button for that..

However, it is a sound recorder, so it should be able to give each other messages.

But, as said, I doubt that is on the table for Unibet.

Hi @GaelM, thanks for reaching out to me, an odd one indeed but we'll get it sorted.
Just to confirm that I have my facts right, when you go to the withdrawal tab, there are no options available? I accessed your cashier and can see the Skrill active together with Bank Transfers and other methods. I can indeed confirm as well that there is no verification or blocks from our side that would prevent you from withdrawing, which is why at a first glance it seems that the issue might be on your side somewhere. It this wasn't solved yet, can you please PM me with a screenshot of the full screen of the "Withdrawal" Tab? Also, it might be worth checking your Flash settings in the browser and make sure it's set to "Always Allow". That could do the trick.

Hello Ray!

It is now solved via live chat. The mistake I did, was to only use the first option when you click the yellow account button. There you come to 3 options to click further, Saldo, Deposit and Withdrawal. I clicked the last one constantly. Then it turned up what I showed.

The lady on the chat told me to click the BANK option to the left instead. Done, and I had no issues after that. The man on the chat didnt think about that yesterday.

Somehow that did not cross my mind that there were two options to click. One not working, as described, and one with no issues.
