Honoroak Posted September 20, 2019 Share Posted September 20, 2019 On Saturday 14/9/19 and monday16/9/19, i deposited £20 & £80, without a problem.However on Friday 20/9/19,i tried to deposit £150, but a message stated.. Sorry your deposit could not be completed,please check your card details are correct, if problem persists,please contact your bank. I am not sure why this deposit failed,while the other two did not?. RayL Posted September 20, 2019 Share Posted September 20, 2019 Hi @Honoroak, welcome to the Community :) The message in your account regarding that transaction only says "Declined by Provider" which means that it was interrupted on your bank's side. From our end you're good to go, but if the money was returned to your bank account of it never left, I'd just advise to try again and see if it goes through this time.
