Solution RayL Posted September 20, 2019 Solution Share Posted September 20, 2019 Hi @Bart2, welcome to the Community :) Policy overall in the Gaming Industry interdicts usage of 3rd party payment methods, but can of course help you out with this verification. There is a security process tied to your account at the moment and a request for a "Proof of Deposit" for the last 3 payments made to your Unibet account. Could you please provide us the last 3 deposits made to your account, shown on a bank statement together with the name of the Bank Account holder?
