RayL Posted September 20, 2019 Share Posted September 20, 2019 @Inuhaiyo, aahh :) I see what's happening now. The username in live casino and in bingo are registered when you first open the section. That's when a popup box appears for you to select your screen name. Players tend to rush by it to get to the table and just randomly press some buttons, I believe this is the case here as well as the system does not assign names in this case, it needs to be chosen by you. We could look into getting it changed for you but I'm not sure what's the time frame on that as it's our provider who would need to do those changes.
