Hi @5iatka, welcome to the Community :)

Sorry to hear about the deposit, we can certainly have a closer look at this for you. What we would need in this case to contact our providers is a bank statement showing the missing deposit and it's reference number. You can e-mail us on contact@unibetcommunity.com with this statement and please specify this thread so we will know what to tie it to. Let us know once sent and we'll have the guys in finance have a look at it.

Thanks for the e-mail @5iatka, our colleagues in finance had a look at the screenshot of the transaction and it seems that the 20.50 deposit is being "Reserved" by the bank. This means that it didn't leave their system towards your Unibet account. A quick call with them should solve this and they will be able to return it to your Bank Account. Let us know how it goes or if you would need anything from our end to help you out in this.
PS: "Reserved" transactions automatically get re added to your bank account after 7 days of it being in the "Pending" state and the reason this happens is most probably a communication error between the bank and our financial provider at a crucial stage in the payment process.
