I've sent in documents now for the 2nd attempt. If it still gets rejected I'm not sure what details the documents are missing, please help me here, thanks. Solution RayL Posted August 27, 2019 Solution Share Posted August 27, 2019 Hi @ScarletAce, welcome to the Community :) You would need to first access the section "Personal Details" in your account from a desktop PC, then take a screenshot of the entire page showing the account holder's details, e-mail address and account ID in the same screenshot. Skrill account has to be verified (see "Verification" under that tab). The screenshot re provided shows the transactions only I'm afraid. I think I got the screenshot with the requested information now. I cannot upload the screenshot as my 2nd attempt is still under process and I cannot upload more documents.
