Hi, was playing casino, mystery joker. Was playing free roll, and suddenly there was problems during communication with your server. Missed a lot of money on it. Maybe Unibet can see this on a log?

Hi @Ahr , before the employees gets back to work, you can speed things up a little by posting the exact time when the spins happened, and tell as detailed as possible what happened in the screen, for example 😃

You can find the spins from the "casino history" on your accounts menu behind history-tab.

They'll get back to you a bit later when at the office👍

(And meanwhile, you can always check same kinds of cases from other players in the forums Casino Help -page. Link is on the front page.)

Hi @Ahr, welcome to the Community :)

Sorry to hear about the issue first of all, as our member here mentions, we would need a ruff time of when this happened in order to investigate this further and send this error to our provider. Would you be able to tell us a 5-10 minute time frame of when the error happened please?
