The withdrawl was put on hold while the account was verified, I sent my id and screenshot of my monzo statement. The account now says the account IS verified, though it ALSO says the withdrawl is on hold and that the account docs are still being verified (that's over a week). On logging in though, a notice flags up to say verify your account to keep playing.What do I need to upload to verify my card/account, Monzo is a app-based bank so does not have paper statements or a web site. The screenshot I sent was for emergencies if you lose your card, though the layout is difficult to see.Please help, I'm awaiting on £165! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RayL Posted August 15, 2019 Share Posted August 15, 2019 Hi @CheekyFat, welcome to the Community :)Sorry for the confusion, the withdrawal of £175 was successfully paid on 02/08/19 at 18:58 after your documents were approved. The reason that the verification still appeared active is because our colleagues who verified the documents were not able to close the case due to an internal error, but regardless of that everything is fine and ready to go with your account.
