Hi,

I have placed a single bet on Liverpool Vs Norwich of £10 odds higher than 1/1 , I have then deposited another £10 and placed a sports acca of 3+ all selections are higher than 1/1.

 

Can you confirm I will receive both my liverpool bonus of £5 free bets for every premier league game

 

Also if I will receive my new customer bonus for the £10 I have placed on my sports acca

I can confirm that the Welcome Bonus will be added if the bet looses however please help me fill in some gaps.

In terms of the rest of the Bonuses mentioned, one player is entitled to one welcome bonus so no other ones will be possible and in regards to "Can you confirm I will receive both my Liverpool bonus of £5 free bets for every premier league game" I had a word with an agent from your local market and the promotion was not offered to newly registered players supposedly.

I had placed a bet for my new customer offer, and the offer that as offered was for new aswell I actually have a screenshot of the offer and the terms and conditions on the pop up as I shared it with a few friends if this helps?

Supposedly if I was to place a £10 bet on the liverpool Norwich match above certain odds I would receive a £5 Free bet for every Saturday League game as it as stated in the advertisement

 

I followed the instructions to the tee I registered deposited £10 and placed it on the liverpool vs Norwich match so I should be receiving my free bets for every Saturday League match, if you need me to send you the adverts I have them saved

Dug a little more in regards to your query and here's what's happening. There was indeed a Welcome Bonus as described in your post above, this one: https://welcome.unibet.co.uk/uk/aff/sportsbook/football/pl-special/index.html?mktid=1:127655711:10426008-30090
Here's what happens though, the offer mentioned on the Liverpool - Norwich match is an affiliate offer, meaning that you would need to register through an official Unibet affiliate site in order for this offer to be added to your account. If the registration was not through an affiliate, the other offer is the one that it's added, the £40 Risk Free Bet that was already used.
It is a case of either one Bonus ( £40 Risk Free Bet) or another (£10 bet on the Liverpool - Norwich) depending of the route you register through. Anyways, sorry for the back and forth, as mentioned in my original response, general policy is one Welcome Bonus / Customer. :Happyshy:, hope this clears it up a bit.

Well now I have the problem that it was not stated anywhere on your advertisement that I had to use an affiliated link to be given the offer? 

I actually clicked the advert which brought me to your website to register would that not have been enough? 

I have been technically been had off here, as the main reason for joining was to receive the free bets for every saturday premier league game and that's not the case now, 

This is not stated on your advert which is a case of false advertising, I have been cheated to be fair

What can we do moving forward any help is much appreciated

Sorry you feel this way @Strongleeuk, it's not false advertising under any circumstances but I can understand why there's confusion around this promotion. When you access the link above the landing page presents you with the offer as seen below.

Then you click "Register" and it takes to the landing page below where you fill in your details and select your Bonus. Now since you did not register through an official affiliate link, the offer was not added. Instead you selected another welcome Bonus, the 40 pounds Risk Free Bet with the 10 pounds Casino Bonus which was already used.

It is custom that a player only received one Welcome Bonus at registration, and the reason the initial Bonus was not added to the account is because unless accessed through an official Unibet affiliate link which has been entrusted with marketing this offer, the player is not eligible to that particullar bonus. This is created this way to keep tabs on the offer and it's success which is why a link can't travel around and multiple people can't register from the same link. 

Now, I realize this is not the answer you were looking for and I'm sorry I can't be of more help, we try to stay as flexible as possible and help out as much as we can but since your Welcome Bonus was already claimed and used, we have our hands tied to offering further rewards especially Welcome Offers.
