MoreTBC
I've been gettign this for the last few days. They used to be aligned. Also, could you create a Community issues sub-section? Seems like things like this don't really fit into the normal customer support stuff to do with the main site and poker so it might be good to have something on it's own for little forum bugs. Even a specific 'community' tag or something would work. Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)
JeppeL
We'll try and have a look at the menu, it's unaligned for us as well :)I think this fits best on the Suggestions for the community board, even if it's a technical error :) Former Community Manager
MoreTBC
I will put all future nags in that section of the forum :) Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)
Magicadil
Speaking of notifications, Can you verify that replying to private messages is working fine? I replied to your 'Removed Topic' inquiry 2 weeks ago, & it still shows 'not read.' Just need to make sure it's working properly before I reply to more PMs'. :smileyindifferent: I debateShould I smile like everything's good and pretend that life is greatOr should I let the world see the real me and not hide this painI tried to be like the rest of y'all, sorry I just can'tI'ma probably die this way
Valkyrie
I've noticed the misplacement too, but I just thought it was something wrong with my browser. Good to know it wasn't. :smileyhappy:Btw, on the subject of wonky notifications, how come some mentions (the @username thingy) generates a notification and/or email, while others don't? It's a bit confusing and if it only works sometimes it's hard to know if you've gotten someone's attention or not.
JeppeL
I can confirm, both that I received your message and that the PM system is a bit buggy in terms of read messages :) It's the first I've heard of this, it's supposed to send an email every time. Can you remember perhaps a few posts there you are mentioned but didn't get an email? If not, I'd like to you let us know when it happens again so we can investigate :) Former Community Manager

But today I got several mentions in this topic, :smileyhappy: but when I check now I only received notifications for yours (the main post) and kokkini's. But it's happened before too. Sometimes I've had a notification waiting in my account when I logged in, but got no email - sometimes I've gotten neither, so it was just pure luck that I opened the topic in question and saw my name... I don't know if the people I've mentioned have received notifications or not, however.
JeppeL
Cheers, I'll try and check a few things when back at the office tomorrow. If anyone else is experiencing the same, we'd love to hear about it :) Former Community Manager
MoreTBC
While we're discussing wonky things, the mentions do not work very well. I get what it's trying to do but I think it would be better if you could see people in the thread at the top and then all other matching users underneath regardless of the letters used. Just seems and @ and two letters confuses it completely. Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)

As far as I can see, one letter wont actually run the search query, two letters wont return any results and three letters and more seem to be working fine. MoreTBC
zero or 1 letter returns users that have posted in the thread, 2 letters does nothing and 3 letters looks at the whole community it seems Here's another one :) Just took this now, the post count is updating but it's stating that the last reply was yesterday. Edit: Notificatios/messages are aligned for me Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)
JeppeL
The resolved/unresolved widgets always indicate when the topic was created and not the time of the last post, so all good there :) Former Community Manager
