However, when I access the verification page of my account, it just says that everything is fine, and that I don't have to do anything.Which is correct? And what's failing? Solution RayL Posted January 25, 2019 Solution Share Posted January 25, 2019 Hi @pd, welcome to the Community :) The block on your account is a security measure put in place and only present there until you first log in with your Bank ID. After the first successful login via that method, the full verification shall be completed automatically.
