Bonus not offered in Sweden?

Hi,

I am having trouble getting my bonus since the support i my country (Sweden) claim this was only an offer made for customers in the UK. I am 100% that it was offered in Sweden but cannot find a link proving it (which is not strange...). Could anyone help me out? @RayL @MarcoV

Hi @Angellike, our ability to help depends on the Bonus it's self. If it was last year, I'm afraid that since the new Swedish regulation stepped in, we kind of have our hands tied when it comes to Bonuses. I am more than willing to have a look at it and investigate if there's something can be done, however I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Which Bonus was it? The link provided to our customer service department does indeed seem to be an UK affiliate site, meaning that it couldn't have been live in Sweden.

Hi,

the conditions were something along the lines of "bet at least 250 SEK/kr on the player you think will be the top goal scorer and get 50 sek/kr if he scores twice, 100 kr if he scores a hat-trick". I bet Salah, who scored twice vs Crystal Palace.

It would be nice with a bonus, but I understand the regulation is an issue.

@Angellike, I initially posted that I added you the Free Bet, and I did, however after a call with your Country's manager I had to remove it as I went completely against the new regulation rules and due to legal implications the Free Bet cannot be added. I am sorry for the inconvenience to say the least and thank you for your understanding regarding this matter as you have mentioned above, it's very much appreciated.
