Hi @CypriotGoddess, welcome to the Community :). There is a document request on your account which is the reason for the blocks. we have now created a request which you can upload directly from your account. Once those are approved and your account is fully verified, the blocks will be removed as well.

Hi @Saluteman, welcome to the Community :)

I found a block on your account that was created due to multiple failed deposits which are removed now. Should all be solved however if you are experiencing issues depositing you might want to make sure that your 3DS is set up, from what I can see the bank declined the transaction due to a failed 3DS authentication. Let us know how it goes.

I'm finding your case a bit hard to analyze since there is nothing to reflect the blocks mentioned above. What is the error you are experiencing? A bit more detail, possibly a screenshot could help in investigating this for you :)

I log in and try to deposit an get:

Oops!

You need to verify your account before you can make a deposit. It's easy to do so - please upload the required documents on the 'Verify Account' page in your account.

 

When I go to My account - > Verifiy Account, I see the green checkmark with:

You are all set!

There are no pending documents or withdrawals on hold.

@darugand, I would give your bank a call to see what is happening as there are no attempts visible on your account nor errors that I can spot. If the bank sais that they do not block the deposit, I would like to request a screenshot from you showing what you experience when trying to deposit. Based on that we could have a closer look.
