Cant bet because account needs verifying, but im already verified?

Hi there. I cant play live games because it says my account isnt verified, although it is. Never had problems with unibet before, very close to withdrawing funds and using a competitor unless theres a quick solve. Any help?

Hi @Deanas, welcome to the Community :), I am unable to find any verification that might impede you from placing bets or playing overall. I believe the verification was done in the meantime, do let us know if you still experience issues whit this.
