RayL Posted January 8, 2019 Share Posted January 8, 2019 Hi @Hemmafrun, welcome to the Community. :) Sorry to hear that the Bonus offer left a bad taste in your mouth, your Bonus is now canceled and the initial deposited amount is returned to your cash balance. You did manage in the meantime to wager some of it and made a profit as well, that amount was added now to your cash balance as well. It's worth noting though that the terms of conditions are stated even before you accept a Bonus naturally and our selves and Live Chat are here to clarify any doubt regarding a promotion if needed.
