I didn't withdrawl anything yet I have 0$ to my balance

1. Help, I didn't request any withdrawl but my account has 0$ in it after 18 months of not playing poker.

Also, I noticed a suspect card ID information when I hit the withdrawl button. The card saies that it has an expiry date of 2020 but my card (witch I have lost it) it is made in 2018, so clearly it is not my card.

Can I recover the lost money?
