Unibet Delaying Payment (Official Complain to CEO)

Dear CEO of Unibet,

Firstly Unibet says in system/website to customer to allow 24 hours to process withdrawal. BUT this is a misleading and deceptive!

The payment is never processed & paid within 24 hours!!!

BUT after almost 4 working days, then Unibet approves the payment internally (which it states internally as cleared) and instructs their banks to wire transfer. In which case, Unibet informs customers to wait another 1-3 days for banking (sometime Unibet customer service officer even told me to wait 5-10 days for banking again)!!!

 

Is it fair for Unibet to intentionally delay the process of paying customers' monies? It is fair Mr CEO of Unibet.

Please investigate the timeline below in ID 1386660064 and all the rest. Clearly, in the case of ID: 1390660556, Unibet's bank has not even wire transfered the money to me (which according to the website should take within 24 hours)! 

 

I feel this is a serious area in which Unibet has to improve internally, it affects your reputation and honesty to customers!

We deposit using credit card, it takes only seconds, but your withdrawal process is like a living nightmare filled with excuses after excuses!!!

I ask you, is this fair to your loyal customers, Mr CEO?

@EG147, I have requested a detailed log to prove our processing times are accurate. It shall be done tomorrow by the payments team and I'll e-mail you with it.
The information that I have provided you with in the other thread that you created is more than accurate as well and not meant as an excuse in any way shape or size. The evidence that the withdrawal is paid is in your account history, whatever you see in your account reflects the truth, otherwise it would be punishable by law and unethical, which is something that our players which have been with us for a while will confirm.

Now, you are more than welcome to contact your bank, have a chat with them, have them investiate or start a trace over the funds that we have indeed paid as you can see as well in your account history on 2019-01-04 12:37, 2019-01-03 11:12, 2019-01-02 12:57 and on 2019-01-02 12:57.
If you would like us to trace it for you, we are happy to do so but we would need a bank statement starting from the 1st of January 2019 up to today.
I understand it can get frustrating, especially when there is money involved however as mentioned above the money was paid towards your bank. It's the start of the year, people have backlogs of work, banks included and yes, times can get stretched out. Again, this is not meant as an excuse these are facts. Let us know which way you would like to have your money traced, by us or via the Bank and we'll approach it with accordingly.

Now as a sidenote, spamming threads in the community won't help your cause, we are more than happy to comply with your request, the Payments department has done it's job, and is going to help you if the money got stuck at one of the providers.

Sent you an e-mail with the financial proof of payment from Unibet's payments systems @EG147. Do let us know if there is anything we can still do for you regarding your withdrawals. The option that we can start a trace for your funds if you haven't received them yet is still a possibility. \
