EG147
Reference ID: 1390660556It has been more than 48 working hours, still my withdrawal has not been processed and emails gone unreplied.I made a withdrawal request before working hours in the UK time zone on 31st Dec 2018.Therefore, Unibet had 1 working day to process this witdrawal - but nothing happened.1st Jan 2019 - a public holiday.2nd Jan 2019, Financial markets and banks all open. Still no processing by Unibet the whole day!!! Why does it always take a ridiculously long delay by Unibet in processing customer withdrawals!!!!!?When customer deposit, it only takes seconds!!!! No Unibet staff working to process withdrawal on the 31st Dec 2018 and 2nd Jan 2019?????? How long is your holioday???? At least put up a notice to customers if your whole withdrawal department is going on leave or missing!!!!!
RayL
Hi @EG147, welcome to the Community :) Thank you for contacting us with this, I'll try and shed some light on the matter. So, the withdrawals what you make in your region are not processed via payment providers like we would usually do but through a good old fashioned wire transfer. We do work every day, and all of your withdrawals were approved the next day including the one made yesterday however we need to count with up to 5 banking days on the bank's side as well to get it approved and into your account. /Ray Former Community Moderator
EG147
I do not believe your excuses. In the past, when it is processed by Unibet's bank, the status in the system is changed and I received an email, it is now more than 3 working days, I have yet to recieve any evidence that Unibet has instructed the banks to wire transfer my monies. Please see attachment, example, when status changed on the 27th Dec 2018, I received my Euro20 on the 31st Dec 2018. In this instance, I submited request on 21st Dec, and Unibet only went to the bank on the 27th Dec!!! So many days delay!!!!By the way, international banks nowadays don't take 5 banking days to transfer monies! Do you still think we live in such an old aged system!!!The delay is always from Unibet's side, and you are always giving non valid excuses!!!!!!! Your system says it will take maximum 1 day to process withdrawal!!! BUT apparently this is not the case whatsoever!!!STOP WITH ALL THE EXCUSES AND RETURN CUSTOMERS MONIES PROMPTLY!!!!!!!!! EG147
I want to emphasize again, you have showed me no evidence that Unibet has processed my withdrawal with the bank after 3 working days of internal delays!
RayL
I've replied to your other thread @EG147, and would like to ask you to keep and continue the conversation in one thread, whichever you prefer, but for clarity's sake it's important to have all information in one place in order to be able to help you effectively. https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Deposit-and-Withdraw-Help/Unibet-Delaying-Payment-Official-Complain-to-CEO/m-p/215985#M405 /Ray Former Community Moderator
