RayL Posted December 29, 2018 Share Posted December 29, 2018 Hi @Rikki85, welcome to the Community :) It does happens sometimes that when the document request is born, the player is not in possession of the physical card anymore. No need to be worried though, you can still provide a Bank Statement not older than 3 months showing a transaction with that card and your name for example.
