Placed bet against my will

I try to place bet on H. Akko- H. Marmorek handicap +1 10 euro,it was offered three options:                                                 

1. to place partial bet of 0.64 euro 
2. to place 0.64 and to send for approval of the rest
3. to send for approval 10 euro                                                                                                                                                                                               Since I have active bonus offer of 10 euro for next pre mach bet Unibet trader deside against my will to place 1 euro in order to losse posibility to place 10 in some other mach! Just to now I am aware that they are manipulating with bonus offer! I consider this  method of cheating! I fill manipulated and for first time i losse my faith on UNIbet! I hope somone from the staff will read this and persons responsible for this ehavior will ask for explanation! Any how,be carefull!

As a first fact that I'd like to share is that the mechanics of the betting platform and the bonuses and the promotions that are offered simultaneously is highly intricate. There are a multitude of factors that have to be taken into consideration in the end, but I understand why you feel "cheated" or "manipulated". You accepted a Risk Free Bet and tried to place a bet that got limited. Subsequently you believe that your bet is limited because you have the Bonus active, but I can assure you that this is not the case. Yes, sometimes limits are present on some matches but that has nothing to do with the Bonus on your account.

What I can offer you is to send the bet to be checked and see that there was an error in placing it and if there was we can attract the Bonus department's attention to add you a goodwill gesture with the bonus. If you would like us to do that, just leave the Coupon ID of the 1 euro bet below and we'll take care of the rest.

I'm sending you a screenshot of bet placed. I notice once again that I did not agreed to place partial bet! They place that against my will! 

 It was match Hapoel AcreHapoel Marmorek,as you can see I asked to be placed 10 and thay place 1 without asking me,the sistem offer me three choice and i ask for 10 or not to place bet! Thanks for your eforts but i don't believe to them anymore!

@LannyT, I've sent the bet to be checked. In our system it does indeed show as a PBA (Partial bet approval ) which would mean that the option to accept the 1 euro and send the rest for approval was clicked. We'll have the logs of your session in a short while and then we can have a close look at what exactly was clicked on your side when the bet was placed.

@LannyT, we can see based on the logs provided by our Sports traders that you tried to place your bet, but it was rejected due to the stake being too high.

Then you chose to send your maximum allowed bet to Partial Bet Approval and 1 euro was accepted, then placed.

Pleas it was not meter of free bet even! What upset me is the persons who manipulate! 1 euro does not appear,it was 0.64 euro! It means that I am helpless against the persons responsible in Unibet! What if it happen with bigest amount! Simply i lose my fate! Anyhow it is very hard to restore trust! Thanks to you!

@LannyT, I am sorry you feel this way and respect your opinion none the less, however the information that is registered in our logs is different from what is described above. I have requested the full technical log from our provider and as soon as I have it, I'll PM you with a detailed explanation.
