This is and has been an issue, the US is not allowing online operators to be present in their Jurisdiction and as a reaction to that we are requested to block anybody accessing Unibet from US soil. I'm afraid at the moment it would be impossible to re open the account or create a document request for you while in the US. I'd like to request you to contact us again when you return so we can start the process (a fairly quick one) to unblock your account.
