Verification help - incorrect information

HI Guys,

recently joined Unibet, I need to verify my account in order to withdraw some of the funds which was to be expected. I have been on the verify account page to make sure I done it correctly and my Passport was accepted but bank ID screenshot has been rejected. This is what it says I can send from Unibet website;

Upload a photo or screenshot showing on a single page your name, the account details, the payment provider logo and – if relevant – transactions to or from Unibet. Please blank out any sensitive information.

Online accountA screenshot of your online bank account or bank statement extracted from your online bank account.

Files must be smaller than 10 MB. We accept the following formats: jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, tiff, doc, docx or pdf.

We keep your personal info confidential. This is for internal use only.

I sent in exactly what it says there but it has been rejected and now I have been told via live chat I must have a paper bank statement and it MUST be sent via .pdf format only??

I am using my phone and my bank statements are paperless so I am confused as to do what to do next?? any help would be greatly appreciated.
