RayL Posted December 23, 2018 Share Posted December 23, 2018 Hi @Leeapple777, welcome to the Community! :) Your ID was accepted as soon as we requested somebody from security to have a closer look at it however the Proof of Address seems to be outdated and this is the reason it got declined I'm afraid. A Proof of Address would need to be not older than 3 months for it to be accepted. A paper from hospital, it is from November, should be good! If You can, please check it tonight. And what about withdraws? They are working only on thursday? Because of the Christmas holidays? Been waiting for a while already, have sent several documents, from dutch government Toeslagen! From a bank but it was outdated and from a government hospital. Solution Leeapple777 Posted December 27, 2018 Author Solution Share Posted December 27, 2018 @RayL first time i sent 3 different documents two of them was not older than 3 months, next time I put the same documents except the old one, they said it was too old, then I informed the guy in the live chat, he said it was Your mistake and had to wait for another procedure, but this was pretty fast, today they called me from the bank and said how I could get their paper prooving my adress, so it was only matther of time. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
