Deposit not received !

So, as a first I'd like to point out that the Live Chat and e-mail option to contact us is indeed available in the "Help Center". The "Contact us" option is offered to players after they have navigated through the relevant information found there.

Now for the issue at hand, we would be glad to help you with the missing deposits. What we would need in order to investigate is a screenshot of your Internet bank or e-wallet showing the deposit that is "lost". Based on that we can reach out to our payment providers and have them investigate what happened. You can send this info to me personally via a Private Message :). Hope to hear from you soon.
