hi... for over a montb now i have been trying to withdraw... due to verification and so many attempts making sure files and dicuments are aceptted... however each time im being told to be patient for each document to be checked... ive phoned ive live chatted emailed and still over a month later im still being told to be patient. its really got to me and the minute ive asked complaints produre my account has been blocked... surely there is someone who can see all my docs are there and payout please please this is my last resort

Hi @Impoor, welcome to the Community :)
So, first of all apologies for the delays, the Security department has indeed accepted all the documents sent. There was one more approval to go through from the Responsible Gaming department and you are all set. Now due to a huge backlog that the guys have this took somewhat more than expected, apologies for that. I managed to speed up things a bit and the guys shall be in contact with you regarding the unblocking of your account.
