Slot froze halfway through a bonus

I was playing buffalo slot game and I’d bought a £100 bonus but with 6 spins left the game froze and didn’t kick back in.... now when I go back on the game it just freezes and hasn’t got my bonus showing anymore... anyone know how I can claim my money or bonus back? Cheers

It looks like a stuck game round which should be easily fixed. It rarely happens but sometimes a game round "jams". I'll reach out to our Casino team and they'll gladly have a look. Do you remember by any chance when exactly was it that you bought the round or when it froze? Any information over times could be helpfull. I'll let the guys know about this in the meantime.

@Jax21202, there is a tad more information that we would need in order to forward this to our provider for a possible fixing. 
Have you tried deleting cookies and cache? This would be ths first step for troubleshooting. If yes and the slot is still stuck, we would need the following information in order to be able to have a closer look at this:

1. The exact name of the game.
2. The aproximate time the crash happened.
3. How much was won up until the game crashed (if possible)
4. How many spins/actions was left to do?
5. Screenshot (if possible)

Had the same thing happen on Time Is Money slot. Just kept spinning during bonus round - 2 spaces off jackpot with more than enough spins to hit it ( it had paid out twice earlier when playing the game in exactly the same manner ) sitting there like a mug watching the slot turn and turn - re logged in and nothing!! - like I had never played the game.

2 phone calls and eight hours later grand total of £22 in my account - was sitting on £150 if round completed

nothing wrong with my laptop , not my problem - phone call said it was a winning round and was on system - waited five hours for £ 22

Would love to have seen bonus round play out and what it paid rather than wait for some random amount in my account

Sorry to heat the incident, I sometimes test our slots on my walk to home and I've seen this "spinning" of the slot myself a couple of times. It happens when there is a connection problem, in my case when the phone switches from WiFi to 4G.

The amount that got credited in the account is completely accurate, but what we could possibly do to put your mind to rest is contact our provider and ask them to provide us with every spin of that bonus round. Would you like me to start looking int this for you?
