I played the hong kong tower slot today, at about 05:01 to 05:03 CET, and hit the game feature with a dkk 200 bet, and won dkk 12600.The final screen confirmed the win, but the account total was never updated.When i try to access hong kong tower now, i get a variety of connection errors and proxy errors, latelty "Proxy ErrorThe proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request GET /game/.Reason: Error reading from remote server" The GET /game/ points tohttps://nogs-gl.nyxmalta.com/game/ I expect the money to be credited once the hong kong slot is online again, but thought you might want to know something has gone wrong.I have a screen capture of the slot screen after the feature has played out, SALDO 3,835.78 GEVINST 12,600.00 krnormally SALDO would be higher than GEVINST Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However, the bonus game was not in there, and my account has not been credited the DKK12600 for the win. Please see enclosed screen shot. I had a look at your account and couldn't find a mention of technical errors from our colleagues in Casino or from Customer service so It's safe to assume that the system most probably rectified this automatically. I took the liberty to bring this to the attention of our Casino Executive and he will be having a closer look at this. Thank you for notifying us that the issue was resolved in the meantime :).
