Hi. I just received this error whilst in the middle of playing. Poker client froze and was unable to reconnect. After shutting down the software and attempting to reconnect I received the error that access was declined due to being unable to identify my location. I attempted to use a backup internet connection, but the error was the same. This is the first time I have experienced this issue. Internet was functional on both connections (pinged google.com).
