Hi @Jacko, welcome to the Community. There was a block created on your account after multiple failed deposit attempts. It might be to Credit Card details that were wrongly implemented. The block is removed now and you can retry if you wish however if it doesn't work I would advise you to contact your bank for more details.

Hi @Alex3, welcome to the Community. :) The bank transfer option is available on your account and I am unable to find a depositing error in our system unfortunately. Would you be able to share a picture of the error message you are receiving below? That might point us in the right direction.
