Bet not shown in history

I placed a bet today, 23rd September at 17.17. In my transactions it shows this, but it is not shown in my history at all. It is tied to a bonus, so if it did lose I get £10 bonus money. Can some one help me?

I've actually just found the bet. Didn't see race bets had a separate tab. Still waiting on my bonus

Hi @Jaeskelly, welcome to the Community. :) Thanks for contacting us about it, I'll clarify.

What happened is that between accepting the Bonus and actually placing a bet, another Bonus was accepted, this was canceling the initial one with the Bonus money. It is important to know that you can't have 2 Bonuses active at the same time, and if one is accepted, it cancels any other Bonus that is active. In short, the new bonus deleted the Bonus money. I've re added a Community Bonus as a good will gesture on our side :) to make up for any inconvenience. Good luck with it.

OK thank you. So where does this community bonus show up? Because it isn't showing in bonus funds. 

I'm pretty sure I cancelled the existing bonus as intended, losing the existing bonus funds (£20),  I then accepted a new offer, and finally placed What I thought was a qualifying bet for the new offer.
