Cannot select correct payment method

When you click the deposit icon, you usually are automatically forwarded to the last payment method you have used. In my case that was paypal. I got a paysafecard which i want to use. So i clicked the link 'change payment method' on the top. And instead of getting the list, i got a screan with a paysafe bar on it and some info about messages. Something must have been go wrong. I already logged in and out. But nothing seems to help. Need advice. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay @Matti84! I'm having someone from your local Customer Service team look into this and we'll get back to you via email! I'm personally not sure what's wrong in this instance, so it's better to ask them for a look and I'm being told it should be working within too long :)
