unibet app error "this service isn't available in your country"

I have download the app for Android & when the app loads I get the error message "this service isn't available in your country"

I'm using a Google pixel 2 phone on Android pie.

Downloaded the app from www.unibet.com/apps/betting

& in a legal country (Canada)

Hi @JR23, I had a look and the Sports and Poker app should be available in Canada. Did you connect vi a VPN to the site by any chance? If the issue persists, could we have a screenshot of the error? I'll be sure to have the devs look at it.

I didn't use a VPN, I also tried it on my cell data. Tried unistalling & reinstalling app & redownloaded it from the website also. Once I start the app this error message loads

Hi @JR23, could we have a screenshot of the specs of the device you are trying to access the app from?

We would need to know the Operating System Version (ex. Android 4.4.4 , ios 8.0.1.) and all the specs of the phone + the maker and model in order to get to the bottom of it.

@pittpitt, are you experiencing anything like this with your mobile app?

@JR23, sorry for keeping you waiting. Indeed as discussed above this is a known software issue and it should be resolved with the next software update, which should happen in the near future. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
