I have 3 bonuses available but get message 'something went wrong' when try to view

I get the above message when I try to look at the bonuses I have available. Been like it a while now. Any ideas to help?

Sorry for the delay and the troubles @NJG, let's see if we can try and sort this out for you :)

Are you checking the offers from a mobile device or PC? Are you checking from your own country or perhaps using a VPN?

As a first step, would it be possible for you to try and delete cookies and cache in your browser before trying to access the site again?

@NJG It's a rather strange error and we can't seem to pin point what's wrong because from our side the account is fine and there are no blocks. So it seems it's an intermittent issue of not being able to accept promotions. I do apologize for not having an immediate fix, but the offers are obivously still there for you, so either please let a customer service agent, or @RayL and I know here which promotion you'd like to opt in to and we'll do it manually :)

Hi @NJG, I had a look and I see as a expired offers that were targeted World cup promotions that were meant to be used during that time. In some cases and this being one of them unfortunately, offers can't be revived for the obvious reason that the tournament ended. However it's strange that you still see the offers once expired. Could we have a screenshot of where exactly you found them and one of the error message? It might give us some key insight in order to clarify this for you.
