If all goes well I should have a concrete reason for the ban and hopefully reverse if that's not the case. So, the reason you have been banned is indeed the fact that the Bonus rules were borken, as you mentioned in your original post: "I belive my family unintentionally broke the bonus rules by using the same bonus offers (me, my wife and son).".Now generally speaking, in cases like these, reversing the ban is not an option however we had a word with the Social Media manager and as a one off we will remove the ban as it does seem that the Bonus Abuse was a mistake on your side. Please note that this decision is a rare exception and there is no guarantee that this will be possible in the future.
