I'm from luxemburg, and i bet yesterday with no problem.

But today i've received this :

After registering with Unibet you were asked to verify your account. Unfortunately, as we haven’t received any verification documents from you, we’ve had to suspend your account.

You will no longer be able to log in, but you can still verify your account and get playing with us.


I don't understant where i can validate my account, if i go in verifing ur account.

You are all set!

There are no pending documents or withdrawals on hold.

Enjoy our site.


So what's i need to do exactly? Send my money in my bank and play on another site???

Hi @bumcello, welcome to the Community :)

I had a look at the request in your account and indeed there is an outstanding request for an ID and a Proof of Address.

The ID was declined unfortunately as it is a scan, but taking a picture with a mobile device should solve that.

As for the Proof of Address, the security department would need a different document if possible, Internet bills, gas electricity, water bills are also accepted as well as Government correspondence given that the documents are not older than 3 months from the date they were issued.
