Hi @pufuletee, I had a look at your account and at the conversation with our Customer Service representative, It seems you requested the permanent blocking of the Casino section, thus the Responsible Gaming reacted to your request. Is there something I am missing in this?

Hi @pufuletee, based on the conversation that happened with one of our Customer Service Agents when you requested Casino to be blocked, the agent guided you through the process of restricting the product yourself. I see that casino is clearly requested to be blocked permanently. " I have just blocked them, I hope these will remain blocked". I am sorry to say that in this case the reopening of the product is not possible due to responsible gaming, regulatory and legal implications. I thought there is a misunderstanding this is why I tried to have it re opened but had no success as indeed the request on your side is clear.
