Solution RayL Posted November 11, 2018 Solution Share Posted November 11, 2018 Hi @pufuletee, based on the conversation that happened with one of our Customer Service Agents when you requested Casino to be blocked, the agent guided you through the process of restricting the product yourself. I see that casino is clearly requested to be blocked permanently. " I have just blocked them, I hope these will remain blocked". I am sorry to say that in this case the reopening of the product is not possible due to responsible gaming, regulatory and legal implications.
