To get the best help possible from other community members and Unibet product experts, please follow the guidelines below when making your post Smile

  1. Use the search function – There’s a good chance that someone else has had the same problem resolved before and that the solution to your problem is only a few clicks away.
  2. Provide as much information as possible – Are you experiencing the issue via mobile or desktop? Are you using internet browser or app? Is it your first time experiencing the problem or have you tried something similar before? Any information you can provide will be helpful for the person trying to solve it.
  3. Be as specific as possible – Which browser are you using? What type of mobile operating system are you using and which version? What did the error message you received say? - These are just a few examples of the questions you should consider when writing your request for help, the more specific you can describe your problem, the better help you’ll get.
  4. Provide a screenshot – If possible, please take a screenshot of the problem and include it in your post – a visual of the problem is always helpful.
